topfoodservice.com currently ships to any address
in the Continental United States. Street addresses are necessary
since orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Due to export restrictions,
we are unable to process international orders through our online
site. If you would like to ship outside the U.S.A., please contact

Each order may only have one "ship
to" address. If you require multiple "ship to" addresses,
please order separately for each address.
Shipping Methods and Charges
we offer you the fastest and lowest-cost
shipping methods available using state of the art shipping. topfoodservice.com
utilizes UPS Commercial Rate database to figure real time rate charges
for your order.
The shipping charge will not be
shown at the time of Checkout. A customer service representative
will call you and provide you with a quote on shipping costs. Delivery
of oversized or special handling orders will require a signature
at the time of delivery.
Each package shipped is insured
up to $100.00. Should a package be valued higher than $100, an additional
charge will be added.
IMPORTANT:
You will need to be sure that you have sufficient and proper equipment
and personnel to unload products delivered via common carrier, as
their drivers are not required to provide assistance in unloading
your order.

from our central distribution center located in NEW YORK, NEW YORK.
Shipping charges are automatically figured using this distribution
center as a point of origin. In some cases we may ship certain products
or orders from our wharehouse or factory in New York.
Split Shipments
For multiple-item orders, topfoodservice.com
will attempt to ship all orders complete from one location in the
fewest number of shipping cartons required. Items will not be held
for same time delivery.

drop ship equipment and or supplies from our manufacturers when
the need arises due to an out of stock scenario, etc. When it is
not possible to ship your entire order from our central distribution
center, we will split the order and ship from multiple store locations
and or shipping centers.
Delivery Time
Due to our vast inventory, we are
able to ship most orders within 1-2 business days after receiving
a payment-approved order. Items listed as special order
will be shipped at the earliest possible date. Upon receiving a
special order, topfoodservice.com will contact you with
the projected shipping date, and will confirm the actual shipping
date when it becomes available. While we make every effort to provide
your order by the desired date, topfoodservice.com does not guarantee
the timely delivery of any item.
Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment
from our shipping centers and the shipping preference you select.

Orders Damaged in Shipping

and correctly filling your order, occasions will arise where a package
is lost or damaged in transit. To insure your order is received
complete and undamaged, we recommend the following:

visible damage prior to accepting the shipment, and note any damage
on the delivery ticket/bill of lading before the delivery person
leaves.
2. Verify the number of packages delivered with the packing slip

3. Unpack your order immediately and inspect for hidden or concealed
damage.
4. Should any damage be discovered, retain the shipping carton and
any inner packaging, request inspection immediately from the carrier
as well as make a written request to the carrier. Hidden or concealed
damage must be reported and an inspection requested within 5 days
of delivery.

2. Return Policy
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may
return, in its original carton, any regular stocked item for a full
refund or exchange. Special orders may be returned within 30 days
of receipt, but are subject to a 20% restocking charge or the manufacturer's
actual restocking charge, should that exceed 20%. No items that
have been used, custom manufactured or made to order may be returned.
The cost of shipping the original
item, return shipment, and the cost of shipping an exchanged item,
are the responsibility of the customer, in all cases except where
topfoodservice.com committed a shipping or order error. Round trip
shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer on orders
that are shipped by topfoodservice.com in good faith and are returned
to us due to incorrect shipping information.
No item can be returned without prior written authorization. Items
returned to topfoodservice.com without authorization will not be
